SUDBURY – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League announced Wednesday the December regular season schedule for six match-ups between the Cochrane Crunch and Kirkland Lake Gold Miners.
This head-to-head cohort series will commence Sunday afternoon with a 2:30 p.m. start at Kirkland Lake’s Joe Mavrinac Community Complex.
The two sides will then meet on Tuesday, Dec. 15 at 6 p.m. with Tim Horton Events Centre in Cochrane serving as the venue.
“The continued vision and guidance provided by the Public Health Units in northern Ontario remains paramount in aiding in our continuing return to play scenarios for our member clubs,” stated NOJHL commissioner Robert Mazzuca.
“Their efforts and contributions in these trying times have been extremely beneficial and we thank them for their ongoing efforts and support,” added Mazzuca.
