NCAA Commitment Alert!
The Cochrane Crunch would like to announce that Austin Whelan has committed to Curry College where he will join Crunch Alumni Levi Johnson and Joey Thielen.
The Crunch are very happy for Austin and that all his hard work and his commitment to the Crunch for all three of his junior years paid off.
In Austin’s three years here he has been to the Dudley Hewitt Cup twice won a league championship and this year he won the NOJHL Top Defensive forward award.
Austin’s biggest accomplishment was scoring the winning goal in OT to win the Copeland Cup which is the NOJHL Championship!
